Mr. Ales Zalar (Director at the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) of the Unified Patent Court, Ljubljana; Former Minister of Justice of Slovenia) and Dr. Norel Rosner (EU Commission, DG Justice and Consumers, Brussels).
Herman Verbist taught from 2 to 5 June 2025 the course “Case Study Investment Mediation”
Herman Verbist attended the 41st Annual Conference of the European Lawyers’ Association from 29 May to 1 June 2025 in Porto and attended the legal conference on the topic of “The Regulation of AI: Technological Innovation in Times of Uncertainty” at the Law Faculty of the University of Porto.
I was pleased to attend the 26th Annual IBA Arbitration Day in London 3-4 April 2025 on “Redefining the contours of international arbitration” with four sessions
